We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to support our Corporate/M&A Department in Luxembourg.

Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d)

Permanent Employment Agreement – Full Time

Your missions:

  • Advise local and multinational clients on corporate matters and governance;
  • Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in M&A transactions;
  • Draft, review and/or negotiate any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them;
  • Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.

Your profile:

  • Experience: Between three and six years as a lawyer in corporate law;
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Law – admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French;
  • Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
