We are hiring a Finance Assistant to support the continuous development of the firm:

Finance Assistant (m/f)

Permanent Employment Agreement – Part-time

Your missions:

  • Process client/matter opening and monitor data accuracy for appropriate reporting;
  • Issue and follow-up regular WIP reporting;
  • Ensure accurate & timely clients invoicing and reminders process;
  • Proceed general bookkeeping entries (vendors, cash and clients);
  • Prepare vendors payments and manage vendors files;
  • Produce and review financial Reports;
  • Participate in the preparation of budget for the Company;
  • Participate in other projects when required;
  • Perform day to day accounting operations;
  • Perform daily administrative tasks.

Your profile:

  • Qualification: Baccalauréat or Bachelor Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • Experience: you benefit from a significant experience acquired in a Finance Department, ideally in a law firm;
  • Skills:
    • excellent mathematical skills and understanding of data privacy standards;
    • computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software;
    • good ability to learn and use new applications (i.e. finance applications developed in-house);
    • very good organisational and planning skills: you know how to prioritise tasks, deal with multiple tasks and work within assigned Deadlines;
    • a high level of attention to detail;
    • fluent English and French (written & spoken), German would be an asset;
    • a good ability to communicate in a professional context and efficient manner;
    • a great sense of team work and ability to liaise with colleagues and service providers;
    • a high level of self-motivation with a proactive approach of work.
