We are hiring a Dispute Resolution Associate to sustain the continuous development of the firm:

Dispute Resolution Associate (m/f)
Permanent Employment Agreement – Full Time

Your missions:

  • Offering first-class multidisciplinary services to local and international clients on challenging corporate, commercial and civil pre-litigation/litigation matters, including representing Clients before court;
  • Working closely with other departments (crosspractice) and offices in other jurisdictions (crossborder matters);
  • Ensuring the daily coordination between Clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
  • Drafting all types of documents with respect to the Dispute Resolution Department’s matters;
  • Conducting and coordinating research on various legal issues.

Your profile:

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Law - Member of List I or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar or Member of any other European Bar;
  • Experience: A first significant experience acquired in a law firm’s Dispute Resolution department would be an asset;
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). German would be an asset;
  • Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player, and good communication skills.
