We are hiring a Compliance Officer to sustain the continuous development of the firm.

Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

Permanent Employment Agreement – Full Time

Your tasks:

  • Manage and support the compliance department of the firm;
  • Be in charge of the development and monitoring of all compliance checks and controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Set up and implement a compliance monitoring program;
  • Conduct initial and ongoing AML due diligences on new and existing clients;
  • Be in charge of the compliance and AML trainings within the law firm;
  • Inform the lawyers about regulatory developments.

Your profile:

  • Up to 6 years’ experience acquired in a Compliance Department;
  • A strong academic background and qualifications in law or any field relating to compliance and/or risk management (i.e. a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications);
  • Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German would be considered as an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach at all times;
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to demonstrate absolute discretion and to deliver a high quality of work
    within tight deadlines.
